Collection of columns, short stories and poisonous (but always with a sense of humor) letters and correspondence to i.a. Leon de Winter, Theo Sontrop and Fonds voor de Nederlandse Film [the Dutch Film Fund]. Cover illustration: Eric Schreurs. Author photo: Steye Raviez.

This copy is signed by Theo van Gogh (1957-2004) in blue marker pen on the title page (only his first name 'Theo') and the dedication: "For Dana / Theo's Drama". Van Gogh (indeed, family of the painter Vincent van Gogh), did not date the dedication, but it is most likely from the time of publication.

¶ Theo van Gogh never hid his opinion - as he also did not in this book. On November 2, 2004, the controversial filmmaker was murdered for that reason by the Muslim extremist Mohammed B. This is an original manuscript of one of the most prominent champions of freedom of expression from the late 20th and early 21st century.
