Collection of (sometimes revised) newspaper articles with texts by journalist Harry van der Ploeg about the monumental state of affairs in the Gelderland capital 60 years after the Battle of Arnhem. Illustrated with the matching cityscapes in beautiful pen drawings by Dick Caderius van Veen (1950-).

¶ The book presents i.a. Café Petersberg at the Hommelseweg, Graaf Ottoplein, Willemsplein, the Nieuwstad, the Eusebiuskerk, the Gele Rijdersplein, Musis Sacrum, the NS 'treinkaartenkantoor' at Sonsbeekzijde and antiquarian bookshop Gijsbers & Van Loon in the Bakkerstraat. During the 1990s, 4 bundles appeared in the series. In this fifth volume, the drawings have been reproduced in a larger format. A sixth part was published in 2019.
