¶ Softcover edition, published in the same year as the first edition. With striking 1930s 'Nieuwe Zakelijkheid' cover design by the Dutch illustrator Ben Mohr (1910-1984); a breathtaking black and white image of a speeding locomotive at night. Rare item.
