¶ "Lion-Peugeot" is the name under which Robert Peugeot and his two brothers founded a car factory in Beaulieu near Vallentigny in 1906. Ten years earlier, their cousin, car pioneer Armand Peugeot had split from the family business, but in 1910 he merged his own brand with Robert's factory. A few models remained branded as "Lion-Peugeots" until 1916.
