¶ Kees van Kooten was best known for his collaboration with colleague Wim de Bie. With him he formed the duo Van Kooten & De Bie, which made TV programs for VARA and VPRO for many years. Between 1972 and 1985 they made the so-called 'Bescheurkalender'.
