Large format offset reprints of woodcut plates with allegorical images of the sun, moon, four gods and a goddess (Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Venus and Mercury).

¶ These cosmological representations are attributed to the German Renaissance artist Hans Sebald Beham (1500-1550); the most important of the "Kleinmeister", the engravers who worked after Albrecht Dürer's period.
