The tour went past Mariëndaal monastery, Deelen airport, Bronbeek, Het Duifje, Rijkerswoerd, the Rosandepolder and over the new 'Pleijbrug' (the Nelson Mandela Bridge).
¶ Previously published in the Arnhemse Courant. Ary Jassies received the 'Prijs voor de Dagbladjournalistiek' in 1991 for his series 'De hand op de stad', consisting of portraits and written cityscapes of Arnhem. This was his first book.
