Technical manual with an overview of industrial machines for processing wool as used in the Dutch textile factory in the 1920s. Illustrated with black and white photos, reproductions and 6 folding construction drawings. Hardback edition.

¶ According to NCC, only one copy present in the public collections (TU Delft library). Scarce documentation of lost knowledge from a century ago:

At the beginning of the 18th century, almost a third of the Dutch labor force worked in the textile industry. This number declined rapidly in the 20th century due to the economic crisis of 1929 and cheap production in low-wage countries. In 1957 there were still 168 wool companies, at the beginning of the 21st century this was only 2.3 percent of the domestic product.
