Hand-painted film cell; artist's impression of the character 'Adolf Wolf' in goose step, from the animated film The Blitz Wolf, made in the 1960s. Very decorative collector's item. From the Capitol Theater in Rotterdam (closed in 1980). With stamps on the backside.
¶ The Blitz Wolf is an anti-German Hitler parody cartoon from 1942 (Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer) directed by Tex Avery (1908-1980), the spiritual father of i.a. Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Droopy and Looney Tunes.
