Dutch 19th century edition of 29 lesser known folk tales by Jacob (1785-1863) and Wilhelm Carl Grimm (1786-1859). Illustrated with black and white prints by Philip Grot Johann (1841-1892). First published in separate episodes which were later bundled. Our copy has been collected from 4 episodes judging to the lay-out of the pages. Complete according to the table of contents.
Bound edition with nice lithographed cover (slightly erotic image of a beautiful naked witch from 'De graaf en de heks').
