¶ Cf. Matla KUIFJ 16.1d?. The Belgian cartoonist Filip Denis ('Efdé'] was fined 40,003 Fr. for the French-language original. After publication in the comic magazine 'Caramba' (1978), an album of the story was published in 1981. This is a clandestine bootleg of it (with different cover).
