Spanish translation of 'Images drôlatiques. Films pour les tout-petits' (1923); a picture book with charming cartoon stories, divided into short graphic scenes: small "silent films" intended for toddlers. Illustrated in COLOUR. Bound in half linen binding; the cover shows a cameraman with a bowler hat, filming a little butterfly catcher.

André Hellé was a pseudonym of the French illustrator André Laclôtre (1871-1945) who, inspired by 'Les Arts incohérents', published cartoons in La Caricature, Le Rire and L'Assiette au Beurre. He was also skilled at designing and making toys (advertised on the back of this book). Hellé felt like 'un Petit Garçon' all his life.
